Today, our membership is multi-generational, ranging in age from infant to those in their nineties. Each generation brings its own perspective and energy. Everyone is valued and included in the life of the church. Everyone serves in their own way.
The work of the church is overseen by our Church Council, comprised of active church members, representing worship, discipleship, outreach, missions, and stewardship, and carried out by small groups of volunteers. The small groups change as needs are identified. In addition, there are two long-standing and permanent groups within the church: United Women in Faith and United Methodist Men.
United Women in Faith, formerly known as United Methodist Women, is an organization of women whose mission is to support women, children and youth through advocacy, education, and financial assistance. United Women in Faith is open to all women regardless of church or denomination affiliation. Meetings are held quarterly, and all women are invited to attend.
We strive to live our Purpose, not just on Sundays, but every day, by reaching out to those in need in our church, in our community and in our world. Click on the tabs to learn more about how we live our Purpose.
